New Beginnings

Hey people! Sorry I haven't written anything substantial lately, but I'm back now! With lots of goodies to share. I know most of you are on break as I am. So, are you all ready for what 2008 will bring? I know I am! This a huge year for me. I will be launching Blooming Rose and don't worry FSTE will still be in motion. I want to thank all of my readers for tuning into my blog for the past year. 2007 was a great year for FSTE! And 2008 will be filled with love from me to you with tons of opportunities, so be on the look out!

So on to the next order of business....

I HAD NO IDEA MODELS LOVED CAKE???

This men's clothing line called Cake Clothing is sooo killer! I found this line while skimming Hypebeast and fell in love! Man sometimes I just wish I was a dude...just so I can wear some of the clothing. Because if I wear stuff like that...I usually end up looking like I'm about 15...which sucks since I already have a young face.

The only thing I know about them is that they're New York based. I haven't seen anyone clad in Cake tees which is good because it keeps the brand exclusive. And fellas you won't look like everyone else wearing a graphic tee.

DC FASHION STAND UP

I've been to D.C. twice and I can say that there are many fashionistas/os running around there. Everyone does they're own thing...sort of like New York, but with a twist. I recently found out that there's a DC Fashion Week, which is cool. There is more to American fashion than just New York and LA. We need to explore other metropolitan cities for fashion influences like Chicago, Atlanta, etc. I'm sure fashion would be much more exciting than it is now.

THIS IS FOR ALL THE DESIGNERS EVERYWHERE

Trendible and Fashion Indie have a proposal for you:

"So here’s the deal. We’re preparing for New York Fashion Week and want to promote the bollocks off of a couple of choice designers. Designers who participate will get a coverage on FashionIndie.com, a designer profile on Trendible.com (so that you can connect to all your indie shopping friends), and a visit from Trendible’s Fashion Police (ready to arrest any fashion victims).

If you’re interested in being one of the chosen few shoot me an email at saynt@fashionindie.com. I’ll give you all the details and set you up with a Trendible rep to start building you profile if chosen."

Enjoy the weekend folks!! :)
